SOLGM Risk Management and Legal Compliance Programme - Property Sales Acquisitions and Leases Module
A revised version of the module has just been released and is available online at www.solgm.co.nz
The changes are:
- A legal review has been undertaken and some change made to the module content as a result.
- All Flow Diagrams have been re-drawn. They have been simplified and re-packaged into to be easier to follow.
- Analysis Tables have been re-written and standardised with Hot Tips being extracted and re-located into the Hot Tips Tables.
- Hot Tips have been numbered.
- Legal Compliance notes have been re-written into new layout and hyperlinks created to legislative provision that are referred to.
Given that some of these changes are significant we recommend that any paper copies of the old version that people hold should be replaced. The downloadable PDF version of the new version will be available shortly.
