We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional individual to join our skilled Property team.
Reporting to the Property Manager, you will be the central point of contact for all requests into the Property team and will coordinate workflow across the team. Your varied role will include preparing reports, allocating resources and ensuring accurate data management processes are followed. You will also work closely with DCC’s Communications team to ensure Council are kept informed of Property activities.

- have well developed analytical and numerical skills.
Ideally you will have worked in an administrative or workflow management role before, preferably in the property industry. You will have exceptional organisational skills and the ability to plan and deliver effectively in a complex and sometimes pressured environment.
