We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional individual to join our skilled Property Services team.
Reporting to the Programme Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of numerous and diverse projects, from organising new flooring in a city museum, to the construction of new housing for older people.

- possess well developed communication skills
- be a great team player.
Ideally you will possess experience delivering projects in the public sector. You will have exceptional planning and organisational skills, the ability to motivate and lead a team of contractors on a project, and the ability to plan and deliver effectively in a complex and sometimes pressured environment.
